You are quite welcome, and I am glad that baby bowtruckles are an occasion of mirth even in your current circumstances. They quite take one back to happy days in Creatures, yes?
As to Lavender, the foot and ankle are apparently complicated items. Nevertheless, between Madam Pomfrey's skills and an easily reapplied stabilising charm, she does seem to be getting around much better now. (She is also fretting considerably less about the notion that her wobbliness detracts from her charms, at least ever since I pointed out that having a fair maiden swoon into one's arms is, in fact, standard in many romantic tales.)
I have it on good account that both you and Mr. Shacklebolt are to be thanked for the rescue, and you shall not escape your part of the credit! I confess that Lav's rather delirious initial account left me under the impression that she had indeed been clawed and bitten as well as receiving sculpture-induced injuries, and I was most relieved to be set to rights upon the subject. I trust your own healing is proceeding apace?
You shall certainly see me around tomorrow, at least at meals; every other waking moment is pledged to Professor Siz, who has a myriad of tasks and lists and the like to bestow upon me. It is good to feel useful, so I am grateful for such boons!
