Practically speaking I don't think they'd be interceptable. I mean I would assume Neville told the elves to deliver them to either L'estrange Hill or St James and in neither case can I either wander in to rearrange things or give the elves instructions.

I think she'll be okay with the flowers, Luna. And, he once told me he charms them to help you get a restful night's sleep, and she could maybe use that.
