Lying that he's a half-blood. I don't know why they'd lie about him having the muggle paralysis. I mean he's a pureblood and EVERYONE knows he's a pureblood and surely we're not the only ones reading Mr Selwyn's announcements and thinking they're lying and this means really purebloods can get it. If he didn't even have it then why would they say he did?
